General description

Cambourne Fishing Club was formed in June 2010 to enhance the enjoyment of the residents and users of the Country Park.

Lake Ewart is the only fishable lake on the complex. 2.8 acres in size. Stocked with Common & Mirror Carp to 20lb+, Bream, Chub, Roach, Perch, Rudd, Barbel. We have recently stocked with additional Mirror Carp.

We have a jetty and some open spaces for anglers unable to step onto the raised platforms.

We are proud to host Events throughout the year for adults and children alike, to introduce to fishing.

Each year we hold fundraising events for our local community to benefit.

The lake has an average depth of 5 Ft.

The shallow edges make it ideal for the younger anglers.
